IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement. Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies
- Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any UN-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
- In Himachal, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
- We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
- No discount will be provided after confirmation.
HOW TO BOOK PACKAGE???
For booking confirmation, Please follow the instructions mentioned below:
- 40 % of the
total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to
confirm the package.
- We can also accept the booking at 20 % of total package cost, if and only if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date. But please keep in mind that rest of the
20 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of tour.
- 30 % of the
package cost will be collected on arrival. And other Remaining 30 % of the
package cost will be collected on Second last day of the Package.
- Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
- If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 7 days in advance via mail.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone once. However after the first time additional charges will be levied. (Depend upon the Seasonal & Offseason dates)
- Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. (Do intimate us 20 days prior to your journey)
- We do not accept any change in plan within 20 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
- Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
- Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like: Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
- Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written.
- The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
